NeriBooksTravel | Amneris Dominguez, Independent Travel Advisor

By engaging NeriBooksTravel (operated by Amneris Dominguez) for travel planning services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to protect both the traveler and the advisor, clarify expectations, and ensure a smooth and transparent planning process.

1. Planning Fee & Service Agreement

To begin working together on a trip, a planning fee is required. Cost will be determined by NeriBooksTravel dependent on itinerary length. An invoice will be sent via email. Planning begins once the fee is paid in full.

This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and covers:

• Consultation to assess your travel needs
• Custom itinerary development
• Booking management and travel confirmations
• Ongoing support before and during your trip

This fee is refundable only if NeriBooksTravel has not delivered reasonable planning services, as determined at the discretion of NeriBooksTravel. By submitting payment, the client agrees to this fee structure.

2. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

NeriBooksTravel acts as an independent advisor and uses third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators) to fulfill travel bookings. While I make every effort to work with reputable suppliers, I cannot be held liable for:

• Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes
• Lost luggage
• Overbooked or unsatisfactory accommodations
• Missed connections or late arrivals
• Supplier bankruptcies or closures
• Acts of nature, strikes, political unrest, or force majeure

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific travel supplier, including their cancellation and refund policies.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and supplier terms. If you wish to change or cancel any portion of your trip:

• Notify me as soon as possible
• Supplier change/cancellation penalties may apply
• NeriBooksTravel does not charge cancellation fees but cannot guarantee supplier refunds

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

4. Travel Documentation

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have valid travel documentation, including:

• Passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates)
• Visas, entry forms, and vaccination records
• Any destination-specific health or safety requirements

NeriBooksTravel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended, including coverage for:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies and evacuation
• Delays and missed connections
• Lost or stolen baggage

Clients who decline travel insurance assume all financial risk associated with unforeseen events.

6. Health & Special Needs

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or other special needs at the time of booking. NeriBooksTravel will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled by third-party providers.

Accessibility is not guaranteed in all destinations—particularly in historic areas where stairs, cobblestones, and lack of elevators are common. Clients are responsible for assessing their ability to participate in activities and navigating accommodations.

7. Liability Limitation

NeriBooksTravel is not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
• Property loss or theft
• Supplier defaults or service failures
• Natural disasters, pandemic-related disruptions, or force majeure
• Traveler failure to follow safety, health, or legal requirements

By booking, the client accepts these limitations of liability.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make timely payments to secure bookings
• Carefully review all travel documentation
• Follow all terms set by suppliers and vendors

Failure to comply may result in canceled services or additional fees.

9. Group Travel

For group travel (8 or more travelers), one lead traveler will act as the group liaison. This person is responsible for communication and coordination. All group members are individually responsible for payments, documentation, and review of travel details.

Group pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms may differ from individual travel and are subject to the group contract with the supplier.

10. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with NeriBooksTravel. Unauthorized chargebacks for services rendered may result in the client being liable for all resulting fees, including legal and administrative costs.

11. Reviews & Testimonials

Clients grant NeriBooksTravel permission to use written testimonials, reviews, and voluntarily shared photos for marketing purposes, including on:

• The NeriBooksTravel website
• Instagram and other social media channels
• Fora Travel’s advisor profile page

If you prefer not to have your name, photo, or feedback used, please notify us in writing.

12. Affiliation Disclosure

NeriBooksTravel is an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, a fully accredited travel agency. All travel planning services are provided by Amneris Dominguez under the NeriBooksTravel brand. While affiliated with Fora Travel, NeriBooksTravel operates independently and maintains sole responsibility for service delivery, planning fees, and client communication.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment or confirming services with NeriBooksTravel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
